I mean; I drink a lot of gin and tonic and those have limes in them. So it could be either.It's vitamin C. What do you want? It's inexpensive, it's simple, you can get it on subscription. They are a daily dose, I think (doctor's can't agree on what it should be).

This vitamin C is pretty basic—not much to write home about, but it gets the job done. The tablets are on the larger side, which makes them a bit of a chore to swallow, especially if you’re not a fan of gulping down giant vitamins first thing in the morning. That said, the bottle came with a ton of them, so while I probably won’t buy this particular one again, I’ll be working through it for a while. It’s not bad, just not ideal—kind of like that big box of cereal you regret buying but now feel morally obligated to finish.

Vit C is very good for the skin

Excellent Vitamin C. High quality, very effective in keeping my vitamin C levels in check, as I don't eat enough fruit, and I find them easy enough to swallow. Highly recommend for anyone with an immune issue, as I have, or anyone just needing a bit more vitamin C. Based on my bloodwork they seem to absorb very quickly.
