Some bits less useful
The light tool and long cotton buds are the most useful parts of this kit. The metal tool is too harsh and painful to use. The irrigation tool leaks and does not have very big water capacity, so needs refilling constantly while using. It is also hard to angle, as the tube comes out of the water at any odd angle and then doesnt spray. Better off buying an irrigation syringe

It’s not a vacuum
It says there’s a vacuum but there’s not. However I found the tools pretty good! The little scoop tool with the light on it helped me get my tonsil stones out in seconds! Then I gave my throat a quick blast with the water to check it was clean. 👍 it worked well for me once I worked out how to use the jet spray. It’s quite forceful if you’re not expecting it. I’d say it wouldn’t be so great for flossing but it was good for what I needed it for

Very cheap and tacky.
The item arrived but is cheap and tacky. I will not be using it. The swab sticks were broken and the light looks like it’s been used before as the writing on the handle is worn.

manual water flosser and LED ear-pick NOT tonsil stone vacuum
This is a bit of a confusing set. The listing details say there is a tonsil stone vacuum with LED light but what you actually get is an ear-pick which has an LED light powered by 3 small button batteries. There are clear plastic attachments, two little scoops of different sizes and one that is like a pair of tweezers. It’s way too short to be able to reach effectively in to the back of the mouth to remove tonsil stones without filling your mouth with your hand and therefore obscuring any way of seeing what you are doing. Additionally the little attachments are quite sharp on the edges so there is no way I would use them for removing tonsil stones or wax in the ear for that matter. The water flosser is quite small. It’s operated by unscrewing the top and filling with water, the base is then unscrewed and used to pump air in to the water chamber creating a bit of pressure, a button on the front releases the pressure along with a jet of water. It’s ok but the pressure to start with is a bit weak and obviously gets weaker as the pressure diminishes and lasts for a couple of seconds before you need to pump it up again. The water chamber is also quite small so to water floss all my teeth properly took 5 or 6 refills and pumping up at least a 15 times and took quite a long time. A bit of a faff to be honest. I can see this being useful if you need a very lightweight water flosser and don’t mind faffing with it, maybe for travelling but for everyday use it’s not for me, I also think the quality is not good and probably would not stand up to daily use for long. The metal tool is also a bit short to reach the tonsils effectively and still be able to see what you are doing and the swabs although useful are just loose in a zip-loc bag so I’ve no idea if they are sterile or what they are made from.

Not all that good
I have to admit there is more than just the tonsil cleaner which is just as well as the tonsil cleaner is probably the worst part of the package. It’s simply ineffective - you could use any water bottle pretty much to get the same effect. In fact the lit ear cleaner isn’t much better as the light is obscured by the size of the implement. The sticks, they are useful but probably not that sterile as in a large bag loose.Overall not great.
