Better than the calpol spray bottle, the calpol one is so hard to spray out. This comes out so quick and easy. However I do think the calpol one unblocks quicker.

It works well. My 32 months old baby suffered from blocked nose and couldn't sleep well at night. After applying this product he got instant relief. I recommend it.

Not a miracle cure but works well. The baby takes it without complaint although when he was on the younger end of use it was more difficult because of his nostril size. Now he’s 4 months it’s a lot better

Really quick and easy to use… the calpol version I have been using you have to spray at a certain angle but do not have this problem with this bottle!

If this were just a saline solution pre-mixed and in an applicator I would not hesitate to use it. However, it also contains a preservative of benzalkonium chloride, it doesn't say how much. I would avoid using it at all with any child as it is an irritant and can cause lung problems. I imagine the manufacturer believes the amount of this particular chemical is harmless. To create an immune response not very much is required. Use a a saline solution with no added ingredients to be safe.
