such good quality for how cheap it is, the clip on lights are amazing for night/early morning runs. the water bottle is so easy to use and fits quite nicely in the pocket. the zip up pocket fits my iphone 14 plus and is very adjustable.

I tried this vest on a 5 mile canicross run with my German Shepherd. I am 5'2" and weigh 7.5 stone for reference.Likes:The snug fit - absolutely zero bouncing around, everything stayed locked in place against my bodyReflective all over - great design feature.Quality - everything feels good quality. Sturdy stitching and zips.Chest - Great fit over my chest. No boobs being squished out the side doors like I've had with some. However, I'm not sure this would be true if you have a big chest.Dislikes:Pocket on back is elasticated not zippedI wasn't able to store all the things I needed on my run which are: phone, housekeys, car fob, poo bags. On a longer run I would take water for the dog, which I think would be ok in the back compartment, but not keen on this not being zippable. I had space for everything on my list except my car key fob, which was annoying.Fit - this vest is a perfect fit for me and while there is some adjustment to the side straps, I don't think it would work for a large frame.Conclusion: Lightweight running vest which is Reflective all over, ideal if you don't have lots to carry and if you are of slim build.
