WONDERFUL PRODUCT THAT DELIVERS!!
This stuff WORKS!! First treatment was miraculous. Cleared my cyanobacteria in record time! Did a 2nd treatment as recommended though probably unnecessary but did to be on safe side. Absolutely, this stuff is quick and thorough!! Waited a whole week and did one more treatment as precaution to possible left over lurking spores. Since the 1st initial treatment, my cyanobacteria issue is HISTORY!! Also, my fish, invertebrates and plants are thriving. Water is more pristine than ever to boot!! So far, 20 days later after the 1st dose, my aquarium is free of all, (no trace), cyanobacteria!! Buy this product because it truly delivers what it promises!!!

It worked!!!
Works EXACTLY as advertised- I used my flow jet to increase the O2 levels by moving it to the surface and no fish or shrimp were lost - 60 hrs later the mats vacuumed right off the plants and rocks, etc.Beneficial bacteria is still intact as my ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are all negligible- ammonia and nitrites are 0. And my bamboo shrimp didn’t miss a beat so, yeah - go for it!

Worked perfectly!
This killed my blue green algae in 3 days. I have a 125 gallon goldfish aquarium. Even though I was doing weekly water changes I guess I wasn't vacuuming out the sand/gravel combo well enough and my filter was partially block by a piece of decor. I moved that and treated the water with this as directed and the blue green yuck was all gone in 3 days. So easy to use. Left lights and filter on. Did a partial water change after treatment complete.

How is this not more widely known?
I had a terrible Cyanobacteria outbreak in my 125 gallon freshwater tank. Terrible to the point of considering breaking down the (4 years-established and otherwise healthy) tank after I'd tried everything. And I mean everything: lowering nitrates, raising nitrates, lowering light, blacking out completely, phosphate control (yes, even tried things that were insane), removing everything and scrubbing it clean with a peroxide solution, you name it. Nothing helped for more than a few days. I scoured forums looking for anything that could even help a little, never mind a silver bullet. Never once came across this product. I'll just write that down to either lack of exposure or some of the snobbery many aquarists (myself included) tend to have towards additives. Yeah, all of that is nonsense in this case. How is this not THE de-facto product for dealing with Cyanobacteria?? After mostly giving up the fight against the blue-green slime and the growing pond-stink in my basement, I clicked on some Top 10 list clickbait thing (I was desperate) that had this on there. I'd never heard of it before anywhere else, the price was right, so I figured I'd try it. The reviews didn't say anything about mass-murdering fish so why not, right?Holy crap, this stuff works. I mean works amazingly. The before and after pics don't do justice to the difference. I did not lose a single fish or invert (amano shrimp), my plants bounced back like you wouldn't believe. My substrate is immaculate. Now I just have the normal green (actual) algae maintenance that algae-eating critters will make short work of.I used 1 vial of the 3 in the pack I bought on my tank (per the volume instructions) over a 1-week period to completely eradicate the stuff. That was about six weeks ago now and I have yet to see any trace of the slime come back. This stuff is made of pure, oddly-pink and sparkly powdered, miracle. I can't remember the last time a product overcame my skepticism so completely. I would buy again for any other tank and I will recommend it to others.

Got rid of algae problem

This will fix your algae.
I have 4 tanks for 340 gallons of planted freshwater tanks. (Not discussing my reef tanks here). With this much volume, I'm always on the lookout for algae. When I have a flareup, this is the solution. Just a couple of caveats...DO NOT OVERDOSE and the is not good for crustaceans. It'll whack 'em so take them out if you've got them.I know algae can be frustrating but if you have a SEVERE bloom here's what to do.1. Big water change2. Clean yer gravel3. Add this stuff4. Turn off the lights for 2 days.FIXED.

Saved the hobby for me.
I honestly dont understand how this product doesn't get more attention on fishkeeping websites and forums. After doing everything else I could think of and read about, I finally turned to this seemingly to good to be true powder.Blacking out, manual removal, erythromycin, so many water changes... I felt I was going to kill every fish and plant I had in my 125g before I got rid of the BGA.Howver once I reached desperation status, I folded and bought this Ultralife. Couldnt hurt to try one last ditch effort, even if I really had no faith in it despite the reviews. I thought "it'll probably get rid of most somehow, kill everything in there, and the BGA will be back full swing in a month."I am very happy to have been wrong. No water changes, no moving fish, no blacking out from the lights... Two doses 48 hrs apart and I swear I'm dreaming. ALL of the BGA is gone and there are zero signs of it coming back.I didnt lose a fish and I'm amazed every time I gaze into,my tank at how lush and green things are because I had been suffering with the bacterial infection for so long.If you have a BGA outbreak, please don't kill yourself fighting it. Don't lose hope when you read horror stories from forums... Buy Ultralife. The reviews here are 100% accurate.

Buy it, it works
I was really upset about the blue-green algae taking over my tank. It spread so quickly, covering everything, and I was constantly pulling out chunks of it. I was nervous to try a new product since it seems like every time I use something, I lose a fish. But I gave this treatment a shot – just one dose as recommended – and by day four, the algae was completely gone. My fish are not only alive but actually seem healthier.Buy it!
